THERAPEUTIC AYURVEDIC MASSAGE
Ancient Indian Wisdom for Deep Body Balance
Deep, conscious bodywork integrating therapeutic touch, stretches and natural oils
Individual sessions · Near Grândola · By appointment only

A UNIQUE AND HOLISTIC BODYWORK EXPERIENCE
Therapeutic Ayurvedic Massage is a deep, full-body approach where the entire organism is addressed as a whole.
Through rhythmic movements, conscious stretches and the use of pure plant-based oils, the body is invited into a state of better circulation, release of accumulated tension and deep physical relaxation.
This is not a spa massage.
It is individual therapeutic bodywork, guided by presence, attention and experience.

A THERAPEUTIC PRACTICE WITH DEPTH
This work is inspired by traditional Ayurvedic principles and was learned through direct training with Geetesh, integrating:
- deep therapeutic touch
- conscious stretching
- slow, attentive rhythm
- respect for the body’s natural intelligence
The session is both physical and subtle, supporting the body in finding its own balance.
